Xerox^® Proficio™ Jet CF1200 Press

Xerox^® Proficio™ Jet CF1200 Roll to Roll configuration is a fully self-contained continuous feed inkjet production system designed for high-volume print operations that require maximum autonomy and consistent throughput. The configuration integrates both an unwinder and a rewinder within a single inline footprint, delivering an uninterrupted, fully self-contained print workflow from substrate intake to finish-ready roll output, allowing the press to consume uncoated, inkjet-treated, and offset matte-coated stocks ranging from 64 to 250 gsm without manual intervention between runs. This makes it well-suited for environments running long, uninterrupted jobs where operator touch points need to be minimized, and production efficiency is the primary operational objective. The installed footprint measures 8,600mm (L) × 2,482mm (D) × 1,880mm (H) — equivalent to 28’ 3” × 8’ 2” × 6’ 2” — accommodating both the unwinder and rewinder within that envelope. Both units support a maximum roll diameter of 1,270mm (50”), enabling extended run lengths between roll changes and reducing downtime in high-demand environments. Media width is supported from 152.4mm to 520.7mm (6.0” to 20.5”), with a maximum print width of 508mm (20”) on stock without feed holes and 495.3mm (19.5”) on stock with feed holes. The press accepts paper weights from 64 to 250 gsm, covering uncoated, inkjet treated, and offset matte coated stocks. Maximum print length per impression is 889mm (35”). The print engine operates at speeds up to 160 m/min at 1200 × 600 dpi, with a quality mode of 1200 × 1200 dpi available at speeds of 20, 40, 50, 70, and 80 m/min. Registration accuracy is held to ±0.20mm across the web and ±0.15mm in the feed direction, adjustable in 0.1mm increments in both axes. Average monthly impression volume (AMIV) is rated at 4 to 30 million letter/A4 impressions. The Roll-to-Roll configuration targets in-plant and commercial print operations within the Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Direct Mail, Public Sector, and Publishing segments. Primary applications include statements, invoices, explanation of benefits (EOBs), regulated communications, letters, forms, reports, books, booklets, manuals, calendars, and direct mail pieces. These applications are characterized by high page volumes, variable data requirements, tight SLAs, and a need for consistent color accuracy across long runs. The closed-loop roll handling of this configuration is particularly effective for operations that batch-process completed output rolls for downstream cutting, binding, or mailing fulfillment, and for environments where finishing is handled offline or by a separate finishing workflow. Please note the required chillers are not shown (Size and Weight are sldo not shown but are required as part of the configuration, see the CEIG for more details.)

Xerox^® Proficio™ Jet CF1200 Roll to Slack Web configuration is a continuous feed inkjet production system designed for high-volume print operations that require direct, inline handoff to third-party finishing equipment. The configuration integrates an unwinder and a slack web buffer unit within a single inline footprint, delivering an uninterrupted print workflow from substrate intake through to third-party finishing, allowing the press to consume uncoated, inkjet-treated, and offset matte-coated stocks ranging from 64 to 250 gsm without manual intervention between runs. This makes it well-suited for environments running long, uninterrupted jobs where output feeds continuously into downstream equipment, operator touch points need to be minimized, and production efficiency across the full print-to-finish line is the primary operational objective. The installed footprint measures 7,800mm (L) × 2,482mm (D) × 1,880mm (H) — equivalent to 25’ 7” × 8’ 2” × 6’ 2” — accommodating the unwinder and slack web unit within that envelope. The unwinder supports a maximum roll diameter of 1,270mm (50”), enabling extended run lengths between roll changes and reducing downtime in high-demand environments. The Roll to Slack Web configuration targets print service providers and in-plant operations within Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Direct Mail, Public Sector, and Publishing segments that run integrated, end-to-end production lines. Primary applications include statements, invoices, explanation of benefits (EOBs), regulated communications, letters, forms, reports, books, booklets, manuals, calendars, and direct mail pieces. These applications are characterized by high page volumes, variable data requirements, tight SLAs, and a need for consistent color accuracy across long runs. The inline slack web-to-finishing architecture of this configuration is particularly effective for operations that require immediate post-print processing — such as book production workflows using inline cutting and binding, and direct mail operations requiring inline personalization and preparation — and for environments where eliminating the rewind step reduces total production cycle time. Please note the required chillers are not shown (Size and Weight are sldo not shown but are required as part of the configuration, see the CEIG for more details.)
