A tray that can hold up to 500 sheets of paper and allows each document set to be offset from other printed sets for easy separation and handling.

A single 5,000-sheet offsetting output stack tray with a 500-sheet purge tray

• Stacking a maximum of 5,000 sheets (based on 80 gsm centerline paper) and offsetting the output in the stack tray/cart
• Accommodates weights of 55 gsm up to 400 gsm /145 lb cover both coated and uncoated. Stacking support from 8.0' x 7.2' up to 13' x 19.2' (B5 LEF to SRA3).
• Available in a Single or Dual configuration
• Moveable cart included for off-line finishing
• Additional carts available.

Ensures consistent high-quality stapled sets for small or large documents with a variable-length stapler, single or dual stapling option, and a 100 sheet capacity:

• Stapled sheet sizes 7.2' x 5.7' (182 x 146 mm) to 11.7' x 17.0' (297 mm x 432 mm)
• Handles paper weights 52-350 gsm uncoated or 72-350 gsm coated for both stacking and Stapling
• Stacker Tray holds up to 3,000 sheets and can handle sizes from 5.83' x 5.75' (148 mm x 146 mm) to 13.0' × 19.2' (330.2 × 488 mm)
• Top Tray holds 500 sheets
• Stacker and Top Tray can stack up to 400gsm/ 145lb cover

The Production Ready Booklet Maker Finisher adds basic booklet making capability to the features of the Production Ready Finisher.

• Creates stapled booklets up to 30 uncoated sheets (120 imposed pages at 90 gsm)/ 25 sheets coated sheets (100 imposed pages at coated 90gsm)
• Creates booklets from standard sizes: 12' x 18' (SRA3), 11' x 17' (A3), 8.5' x 14' and 8.5' x 11' (A4)
• Custom sizes range from 7.17” x 10.1” (182 mm x 257 mm) up to 13.0 × 19.21' (330.2 mm x 488 mm)
• Handles paper weights 60-350 gsm uncoated or 106-350 gsm coated for booklet making
• Features an output booklet stacking capacity of 2,000 sheets or 3,000 regular sheets. Regular sheets can stack up to 400gsm
• Top Tray holds 500 sheets and up to 400gsm/ 145 lb cover

The Production Ready Finisher Plus provides the same functions as the Production Ready Finisher, although stack tray capacity is reduced from 3,000 sheets to a maximum of 2,000 sheets.

• In addition, this unit adds a Finishing Transport Module which enables connection to our Finishing Partner Solutions

• Optional Kit to any of the Production Ready Finishers in order to support longer banner sheets
• The Extension Kit consists of Wire Supports, Wire Guides, and a Guide Template.
• The Wire Support alone supports stacking paper up to 28.7" (729 mm). When you add the Wire Guides (not pictured), the support increases up to 51.2" (1.32 m).

This punch option can be configured inside all of the Production Ready Finishers:

• Options include 2/3 hole, 2/4 hole, and Swedish style 4 hole punch
• Using standard or custom sizes 8.0” x 7.2” (203 mm x 182 mm) to 11.69” x 17.0” (297 mm x 431.8 mm) for 2 hole, 10.0” x 7.2” (254 mm x 182 mm) to 11.69” x 17.0” (297 mm x 431.9 mm) for 3 hole, and 10.5” x 7.2” (267 mm x 182 mm) to 11.69” x 17.0” (297 mm x 431.8 mm) for 4 hole on uncoated and coated stocks up to 220 gsm

An optional Folder unit that produces Z-fold, C-Fold, and Engineering Z-Fold. This module can be added to any of the Production Ready Finishers.

• Produces sheets with a C Fold or Z Fold, on letter stock (8.5” x 11” or A4)
• Produces an Engineering or Half Z Fold on larger stock; This type of Z fold places a fold on 11” x 17” or A3/B4 paper, and reduces the sheet to 8.5 x 11” or A4 size
• Handles uncoated paper 60-90 gsm

This module inserts preprinted or blank media into printed documents. Innovative design places it upfront to enable other finishing on inserted sheets, such as trimming, punching, folding, and stapling.

Trims 6-25 mm from the head and foot of prints or booklets to produce an even edge and creases spine

• When paired with the Square-Fold Trimmer Module, all sides of booklets are trimmed except the binding, which enables full-bleed booklets
• Trims sheet sizes: 7.7” x 8.3” (194 mm x 210 mm) to 13.0” x 19.21” (330.2 mm x 488 mm)
• Trims booklet sizes 7.17” x 10.1” (182 mm x 257 mm) to 13.0” x 19.21” (330.2 mm x 488 mm)
• Up to 5 custom creases across sheet
• Handles uncoated paper 52-350 gsm and coated paper 106-350 gsm for trimming and/or creasing
• Bypass to other finishers up to 400gsm

Produces professional square-fold booklets quickly and easily to give documents a more professional, finished look

• The Square-Fold Trimmer attaches neatly to the end of the Production Ready Booklet Maker Finisher and provides an inline square fold and face trim
• Flattens the booklet spine thereby reducing the booklet’s thickness and giving it the appearance of a perfect-bound book
• Accepts booklets up to 30 folded sheets directly from the finisher
• Trims 2-20 mm from the fore edge of the booklet
• Standard Paper Sizes: 12” x 18” (SRA3), 11 x 17' (A3), 8.5 x 14' and 8.5 x 11' (A4).
• Custom Paper Sizes: 7.17” x 10.12” (182 mm x 257 mm / B5S) up to 13.0” × 19.2” (330.2 mmm x 488 mm)
• Produces a full-bleed image when combined with the Crease and Two-side Trimmer

Combine printing and punching/collating into one easy process for submission to near-line coil and comb bound applications and deliver full bleed processing for applications such as calendars and photo books in common sizes including SRA4, SRA3, oversized letter and 12" x 18"
